In short
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no content from third parties: fonts and images are served from our own server. It is delivered through Cloudflare (see below). We only process personal data to deliver the pages and to answer your request.
Hosting and visiting the website
The website runs on a server of [HOSTING PROVIDER] in [DATA CENTRE, COUNTRY]. We have a data processing agreement with the provider under Art. 28 GDPR.
When you open a page, the server processes your IP address and the details your browser sends, because it cannot deliver the page otherwise. Our server keeps no access logs. To keep the request form from being abused, it remembers the IP addresses of senders in memory for at most 15 minutes.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure, working website.
Delivery through Cloudflare
The website reaches you through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare protects it against attacks and caches images and fonts. To do so, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical details of your visit, including in data centres outside the EU. We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure website that loads quickly.
Request form
When you send us a request through the form, we process your details: company, email address, where the game will be played, date and the jobs you want to show. We use them to make you an offer and to contact you about it.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
Your request reaches us as an email through [EMAIL PROVIDER], with whom we have a data processing agreement. We delete your details once the request is settled and no contract follows. If a contract follows, we keep the records for as long as commercial and tax law requires.
Contact by email
If you email us, we process your address and your message in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Deletion works as for the request form.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). An email to the address above is enough.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the one responsible for us: [SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY].
